The blank must normalizing, roughing and quenching tempering, ensure valve box internal hardness reach HB285-330. After rolling, the contact area of the two positioning cone holes not less than 75% in the finish machining process. After the pressure test, gauge in inspection and flaw detection, every products has been tested and issued and issued with an inspection report and can match all kinds of mud pump.
