Raw material application
1. Crop stalks (including cornstalks cotton stalks ),grain shell(rice husk ) ,peanut shell and stalks, cotton stalks, sawdust,branch,bark ,bamboo powder, furfural residue(could be mixed used), Wood scraps ,Forest harvesting slash, household refuse,scraps produced by paper making factory,all of these could be smashed and briquetting .
2. Notice : The moisture of raw material have to be kept at around 15%, and the length must within 10mm .
Production Flow
Raw material Smash → Drying(moisture 15%) → Enter molding machine→Curing and shaping under high temperature and high pressure → Product cooling → Package and sealing → Delivery
Working principle
The machine get reciprocating motion by pulley driven by eccentric wheel, and then the feeder machine will start to feeding. Then the raw material go through distributor to get into the feeding box on the briquetting machine, and the next step is from feeding box to molding machine by the appending machine from two sides . Under the pressure caused by punch and molding die ,the raw material become heating up and softened ,and the volume become smaller. Then the raw material get solid and being extruded by molding die with reducing taper due to repeated impact .
Pellet shaping process is effected by pressure and temperature ,so the operation principle is punch principle ,the machine carry punch 280 times /min when it works normally. The pressure will up to 300T and the temperature is 150-200°C, so the equipment could be used widely for so many kinds of raw material and enjoying a excellent forming density. In addition ,all parts of the equipment lubricated forced by the Oil pump lubrication system to ensure the equipments enjoy a longer service time.
