Matters Needing Attention

1. Warranty period: 5 years (counting from the date of successful delivery). If a single battery's capacity falls below 80% of its initial level, send us test images or videos and we'll replace it or find an appropriate solution.

2. If any shipping items are missing or damaged. Please get in touch with us before sending any images or videos so we can inspect them. We will inform the buyer if we need to resend the goods, replace it, or refund the purchase price in the event that the cargo is lost, the battery is damaged and cannot be used, or there is a larger danger of usage. Should the buyer send the seller's cells back, the customer is responsible for the expense of postage.

3. These circumstances do not offer a return or refund.

A. Any issue that arises after assembly or during the assembly process, such as a protection board linked to the incorrect wire that burnt and damaged the battery, a failed charger, an incorrect assembly, an unbalanced assembly, etc.

B. For harm brought on by charging, such as battery bulge/welding or battery pack without BMS protection.
